Register Equipment

Register new equipment by its type, make, model, and serial number. Describe individual equipment for others to reference. Keep track of listed equipment and their locations or department.

Add Service Routine

Through the Register Equipment module, add service routines for calibration or maintenance. Add services by type, describe the service needed to be done, and specify the frequency of these routines.

Register Significant Energy Uses

Select equipment from your list of registered equipment and identify significant energy uses. Use identification for the equipment such as make and model, then specify the levels of energy used as well as what type of energy is being consumed. This module also provides the option to select priority level, tracking the importance of this SEU and whether action immediate should be taken.

Create Energy Plans

If a registered SEU requires corrective action or improvement, create an energy plan to manage energy usage and costs. Identify the SEU and describe steps needed to maintain energy level objectives as well as target dates for these plans.
